Prospective Students Can Now Apply For Management Courses At OAUSTECH; Candidates may now submit an application for courses at the Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology (OAUSTECH), Okitipupa, in the ongoing admissions process, according to Mr. Ganiyu Oke Saliu, the university’s registrar.

The newly-approved programs in accounting, business management, entrepreneurship, and project management have been added to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board’s (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) for applicants to apply with effect from the 2022/2023 admission, according to Saliu’s statement from yesterday, November 23.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Temi Emmanuel Ologunorisa, has given the approval to start an aggressive campaign to attract candidates into the programs, the Registrar charged the institution’s Deputy Director for Information, Protocol and Public Relations, Mr. Paul Adeagbo, saying that everything is ready for the start of the courses. Following a resource verification for the programs on September 7 and 8, 2022, the National Universities Commission (NUC) approved in October 2022 that OAUSTECH offer candidates admission in the Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship, and Bachelor of Science in Project Management with effect from the 2022–2023 academic session.

The NUC approval was contained in a letter to the Vice-Chancellor of OAUSTECH, dated 6 October 2022 and signed by the commission’s Director of Academic Planning, Dr. N. B. Saliu on behalf of the Executive Secretary.
