UNIZIK Supplementary Admission Form For 2023/2024 Session; This serves as an announcement to all prospective UTME Admission candidates of Nnamdi Azikiwe University who have successfully registered for the Post-UTME (PUTME) and are interested in applying for supplementary Admissions into various Departments at the institution for the 2023/2024 academic session.

The supplementary admission exercise is scheduled to commence on Tuesday, 19th December 2023, beginning at 12 noon.

Candidates who have completed the shopping process are required to take note of the following important instructions:

Instructions for Candidates:

1. Continuously monitor the “transfer approval” panel on JAMB CAPS to swiftly accept their transfer to the new program once it is posted.
2. Ensure that their O’level result(s) are accurately uploaded to their JAMB CAPS for seamless processing of their admission.

This advertisement specifically targets candidates who have not yet received admission into any Department at the institution.

Guidelines to Apply for Supplementary Admission:

STEPS:

1. Visit Unizik CAPS [apply.unizik.edu.ng]
2. Log in using your CAPS account, which consists of your email address and password (used for Post-UTME registration).
3. Click on the 2023-2024 supplementary application.
4. Choose your preferred available course to shop for.
5. Proceed by clicking “next” to confirm your shopping.
6. Select Etranzact pay with card.
7. Proceed to the payment portal by clicking “next.”
8. Complete the payment using your card (the shopping fee is N15,000, excluding bank charges).
9. Upon successful payment, you will be redirected to the success page, confirming your shopping.

NOTE:

i. You have a 24-hour window to make payment for the selected course. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of your shopping reservation.

ii. Candidates encountering challenges in accepting their admission offer on JAMB CAPS should communicate via uc.iheanacho@unizik.edu.ng.

iii. Candidates in need of assistance should visit support.unizik.edu.ng, create a new ticket, and ensure to select “Post-UTME Issues” as the help topic.

iv. Candidates who haven’t registered for the 2023/2024 PUTME should register at apply.unizik.edu.ng before shopping for supplementary admission.
