AAUA Releases 2022/2023 Post-UTME Admission Form; This is to inform all UTME and Direct Entry applicants who submitted an application for admission to Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State for the 2022–2023 academic session that registration for the Post-UTME admission screening exercise has begun. Candidates who qualify for the screening process include:

Those who selected Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA) as their top choice institution in the UTME for the 2022/2023 academic year and received 160 or higher

Candidates for direct entry who selected AAUA as their first choice institution, as well as those who took the 2022/2023 UTME, scored 160 or higher, and are willing to switch their first choice institution to Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko.

Note: Before registration for the screening exercise closes, candidates who initially did not list Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko as their first choice institution but are willing to do so should change their institution on JAMB CAPS to AAUA.

To register for the screening beginning on Thursday, September 15, 2022, all eligible candidates must go to the university website at https://putme.aaua.edu.ng and pay a fee of N2,000.00 only. On the University Screening Portal, payment must be made online.

Guidelines to Candidates for On‐line Registration

i. Visit https://putme.aaua.edu.ng ;

ii.Create an account with valid JAMB registration number and E‐mail address;

iii. Confirm your E-Mail address by clicking on the link sent to your E‐mail (check spam box, if not found in your E mail inbox);

iv. Log in and make payment of N2, 000.00 only via Pay Tech (MasterCard and VISA only);

v. After successful payment, candidates are to fill their Bio‐data with valid details ; and

vi. Print out Bio‐data slip.

General Instructions to all Candidates

i. Candidates are urged to accurately upload all of their O-Level results to the portal. There is a limit of two (2) sittings for O’Level requirements.

ii.AAUA accepts WAEC, NECO and NABTEB O’Level results.

iii. AAUA accepts ND (Upper Credit), HND (Lower Credit) and JUPEB (6 Points) for Direct Entry candidates.

iv. Candidates awaiting O’Level results may still apply, but in order for the admissions process to run smoothly, they must upload their results on both the university portal and JAMB CAPS as soon as they are made available.

v. To view the O’Level and UTME subject requirements for their chosen courses, candidates should click on Admission Requirements.

vi. Candidates who did not follow the requirements for the UTME subject combination are asked to change to their preferred courses on JAMB CAPS.

vii. Candidates are advised to read the O’Level requirements of their courses and select the right subject combinations, which must include Credit Passes in English Language and Mathematics for all courses in AAUA.

viii. Candidates should make sure the online form is carefully filled out and that they adhere to ALL necessary instructions, as any errors could be interpreted as document falsification or misrepresentation and result in disqualification.

ix. After that, candidates must print a copy of the transaction completion confirmation page for their records.

SPECIAL NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE APPLICANTS

a) On Thursday, September 15, 2022, registration for the online screening exercise opens.

b) Candidates who want to apply to the LAW program must receive at least 250 marks on the UTME in 2022.

c) Candidates are advised to provide current, working phone numbers and email addresses (without the DND “DO NOT DISTURB” symbol). The University disclaims all liability for failure to receive information due to incorrect email addresses and unreachable phone numbers.
