Applicants: Young women from Africa and Asia.
Experience: Final-year university students or early career professionals with up to three (3) years of post-university work experience.
Academic Record: Must have an outstanding academic record, graduating top of their class. Final-year students must have a current CGPA equivalent to a B+ (UK grade point system).
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
