College of Health Science Jahun Releases 2023/2024 Admission Form; CHST Jahun wishes to announce the sale of Application forms for Admission to the 2023/2024 academic session, which will begin on March 6, 2023, and end on April 6, 2023. Interested candidates should visit the website: www.chstjahun.edu.ng to complete the Application form.

All applicants for the Diploma program MUST have FIVE (5) credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. Applicants for JCHEW must have at least three credits in English, mathematics, and biology, as well as passes in physics and chemistry.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

STEP 1: Visit https://www.chstjahun.edu.ng/

STEP 2: Click Apply to create a profile.

STEP 3: Fill in the required information.

STEP 4: Click submit to generate RRR.

STEP 5: Make payment by following the instructions there (Card, Bank USSD Phone number, or Account number).

STEP 6: After successful payment, Login to complete the application by following the instructions on the Student’s Dashboard.

STEP 7: Print your Acknowledgement slip.

STEP 8: wait for the CBT invitation (date, time, and venue will be communicated)

NOTE:

There is NO NEED for submission of the Application form to the college until during CBT. 

Invitations for CBT will be sent to the phone number/email address provided during the application.
