College of Nursing Sciences Sokoto – ND/HND Nursing programme 2023/2024 Admissions
- Application Period: You are required to log into the College portal at http://sis.conssokoto.com.ng from October 26, 2023, to November 3, 2023.
- Application Form: During this period, you should fill out the College application form to indicate your readiness for attending the college entrance examination, which is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2023, at USMANU DANFODIYO UNIVERSITY NCC CENTRE, starting at 8:00 am.
- Cost: The application forms will be available at the cost of five thousand Naira only (N5,000:00).
For Applicants Who Did Not Choose College of Nursing Science Sokoto as Their First Choice:
- Log on to JAMB CAPS.
- Select “correction of data.” You can find this option on the sidebar or the home page of JAMB.
- Once selected, the menu item “COURSE/INSTITUTION” will appear.
- Follow the provided procedure and change the Institution to College of Nursing Sciences Sokoto.
Eligibility Criteria:
- An applicant into ND/HND Nursing must sit and score a minimum of 160 marks aggregate in the use of English Language, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in the 2023 JAMB Examination.
- Applicants must also have at least Five (5) credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings, including English Language, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB. Please note that only WAEC & WAEC or NECO & NECO or WAEC & NECO can be combined.
