About the DAAD MIPLC Scholarships:

The DAAD promotes the training of specialists from developing and newly industrialized countries through its development-oriented postgraduate study programs. The aim is to create well-trained local experts who are networked with international partners, playing a crucial role in the sustainable development of their home countries. These experts are seen as vital for ensuring a better future with reduced poverty, increased education, and improved health for all.

The scholarships provide foreign graduates from developing and newly industrialized countries, from all disciplines, the opportunity to pursue a postgraduate or Master’s degree at a state or state-recognized German university. In exceptional cases, it may also cover doctoral studies. The program supports obtaining a university qualification (Master’s/PhD) in Germany.
