Edo State College of Nursing Science releases 5th Cohort admission form; Applications are now open for qualified male and female candidates seeking admission into the National Diploma (ND) Nursing program, Basic Nursing Program (RN), and Post Basic Public Health Program (HND) at the Edo State College of Nursing Sciences, located at KM 6 Sapele Road, by Godwin Abbe Road, Benin City.

Edo State College of Nursing Science releases 5th Cohort admission form

Study Period:

• Two (2) Years: National Diploma (ND) Nursing program
• Three (3) Years: Basic Nursing program (RN)
• Two (2) Years: Post Basic Public Health Program (HND)

Admission for the 5th Cohort is now open for application, starting from Saturday, June 24th, 2023, and closing on Tuesday, August 31st, 2023, at 12:00 PM.

Entry Requirements:

Applicants must possess the following:

1. WAEC/NECO (O’Level) or NABTEB with a minimum of five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, obtained in not more than two (2) sittings.
2. No awaiting result is allowed.
3. Must be seventeen (17) years old upon admission.
4. National Diploma (ND) Nursing program applicants must have written the 2023 JAMB examination.
5. Post Basic Public Health program applicants must have RN/RM qualification and at least two (2) years of post RN/RM experience or a BNSC qualification.

Method of Application:

1. Visit the Edo State College of Nursing Sciences Portal.
2. Click on “Application” and select your choice of application.
3. Click “Register for application” to begin the application process.
4. Complete the registration form.
5. Note your email and password as you will need them to log in and complete your application.
6. The application fee is non-refundable and amounts to N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira only) payable to the college, and N200.00 (Two Hundred Naira only) payable to the Nursing and Midwifery Committee, Edo State.
7. Please note that hard-copy forms will not be sold.
8. Applicants are required to have a personal functional email and phone number for future contact, and they should keep their login details to check their results.
9. Use a personal email address, not that of a business center.

EXAMINATION:
The date and time of the examination will be announced. Only applicants with valid government identification and payment receipts will be allowed into the CBT Examination Centre.
