Federal Polytechnic Bauchi Appoints New Registrar/ Bursar/ and Librarian; The Federal Polytechnic Bauchi has announced the appointment of:
- Alh. Kasimu Salihu as Registrar
- Alh. Sama’una Nuhu as Bursar
- Yusuf Garba Sintali as Polytechnic Librarian
These appointments were approved by the 12th Governing Council of the Polytechnic, led by Surv. Mohammed Nadu Yahaya, mni.
Profile of the Newly Appointed Officials
1. Alh. Kasimu Salihu – Registrar
An indigene of Bauchi Local Government, Alh. Kasimu Salihu has served in various administrative roles within the Polytechnic. He was the Academic Secretary at the Directorate of University Affiliations and Linkages and most recently worked in the Directorate of Career Services.
2. Alh. Sama’una Nuhu – Bursar
From Tafawa Balewa Local Government, Alh. Sama’una Nuhu has an extensive financial background. He previously served as Chief Accountant and was the Bursar at Aliko Dangote College of Nursing Sciences, Bauchi.
3. Yusuf Garba Sintali – Polytechnic Librarian
Formerly Chief Librarian at Federal Polytechnic, Mubi, Adamawa State, Yusuf Garba Sintali was selected for his vast experience in academic library management.

These appointments are expected to enhance the operational efficiency of the Polytechnic by leveraging the expertise of the newly appointed officials in their respective fields.
The appointments are for a single tenure of five years and take effect immediately.
