Fedpoly Ado-Ekiti Releases 2023/2024 ND Part-Time Admission Form; The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for admission into the National Diploma Part-time/Evening Programmes for the 2023/2024 Academic Session, leading to the award of a National Diploma.

(A) GENERAL INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATES

(i) All applicants who selected The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti but did not achieve a Minimum Acceptable Mark (MAM) of 140 in the 2023/2024 UTME are eligible to apply.

In addition to the above, applicants must possess five (5) O’Level subjects at Credit level, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two (2) sittings, in SSCE, NECO, GCE, and NABTEB.

(ii) For applicants using NABTEB (NTC) applying to courses in the School of Engineering (SOE) and School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology (SAAT), a core subject from the Trade Related Area (TRA) is required, not Bookkeeping, Commerce, Principles of Accounts, or Secretariat Studies. However, applicants for Business-related courses can use NABTEB (NBC).

NABTEB Business Certificate (NBC) is not accepted in the School of Engineering and School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology, except for the Department of Mechanical Engineering which accepts NABTEB (NBC) Certificate with relevant core subjects.

(iii) Applicants with NABTEB (General Education) can also apply for courses in the School of Engineering (SOE) and School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology (SAAT).

(iv) Applicants should carefully review the O’Level subject requirements of their desired departments, which can be found on the 2023/2024 Admission Application Page.

(v) Candidates who scored below 140 in the last UTME and did not choose The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti as their choice institution can also apply.

(B) METHOD OF APPLICATION

The application process is divided into two stages:

STAGE 1

Visit a JAMB office or any JAMB CBT Accredited Centre near you for registration with the following details:
(i) Valid E-mail Address
(ii) Phone Numbers
(iii) N4,200 as application fee
This will enable you to obtain a JAMB Registration Number and Admission letter.

STAGE 2

(i) Visit the Polytechnic’s website http://fedpolyado.edu.ng and click on the “Applicants” tab to generate and print the application payment invoice.

(ii) After clicking on “Applicants,” select “Generate Invoice,” choose ND PART-TIME/EVENING under the PROGRAMME drop-down menu, and select your desired course under the COURSE drop-down menu. Enter the required personal details and click “Generate Invoice.”

(iii) After printing the invoice, proceed to any bank of your choice with the generated invoice and make a payment of ₦11,500.00 on the Remita Platform.

(iv) Alternatively, make a payment with your debit card (MasterCard, Visa Card, and Verve Card) following the instructions on the invoice generation page. (Note: Print your Invoice before making a debit card payment).

(v) After payment, return to the School Portal and complete the application form using the RRR number on the payment invoice (slip). The invoice and RRR must be in the applicant’s name.

(vi) Carefully review your form before submission.

(vii) Print your acknowledgment slip and application form.

(viii) Ensure you upload your O’level subject details on the JAMB portal.

NOTE: Online application and form submission will commence on Monday, 31st July, 2023, and close on Friday, 15th September, 2023.
