The 26-year-old international energy studies student was found guilty of making terrorism threats against staff and students at the university.

He claimed to have a military background and the capability to make bombs, threatening a deadly virus on the city. Okwuoha will also be deported.

The threats included claims of enlisting the terror group ISIS for a bombing plot and planning a chemical attack on the city.

Sheriff William Wood recommended Okwuoha’s deportation, stating that his presence in the United Kingdom is not conducive to the public good.
