• Top priority: Upgrading health infrastructure and equipment is a core focus of President Tinubu’s “Health Sector Renewal Investment Initiative.”
• Collaboration: The Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, alongside the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA), will spearhead the comprehensive upgradation.

  • Cancer treatment: Six tertiary hospitals across different geo-political zones will receive oncology and nuclear medicine centers, ensuring wider access to world-class cancer diagnosis and care. These hospitals include:
