UNILAG School of Foundation Studies screening exercise for successful candidates, 2023/2024

 

If you took the Entrance Examination for the School of Foundation Studies at the University of Lagos, conducted on Saturday, August 19, 2023, and achieved a score of forty percent (40%) or higher, you are hereby invited to participate in the Screening Exercise for the 2023/2024 academic session. The details for the screening exercise are as follows:

**Date and Time of Screening:** Thursday, September 7, 2023, at 8:00 am.

**Venue:** Jelili Adebisi Omotola Hall (formerly Multipurpose Hall), University of Lagos, Akoka Campus.

Please adhere to the following directives:

1. Visit the official website http://foundation.unilag.edu.ng, click on the “Student Page,” and log in to the Student Portal with the following credentials:

– User name: Your Application number (e.g., M23323999)
– Password: Your Surname in lowercase.

2. Update your Biodata Form and Upload a Passport Photograph:

– Ensure that your names are correct and in the proper order: Surname, First Name, Other Name (Names should match your Birth Certificate, NIN, and “O” Level Statement of Result).
– Upload a passport photograph with a white background.

3. Review the conditions outlined in the Acceptance Letter regarding the School of Foundation Studies program. If you agree with the conditions, proceed to the next steps.

4. Generate a Pay Advice for the Acceptance Fee of twenty-five thousand Naira only (N25,000.00) using the University payment platform and make the payment accordingly.

5. Return to your Portal with payment details, including the RRR number, to print out your Provisional Admission Letter and acceptance letter.

6. Attend the physical screening on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at the Jelili Adebisi Omotola Hall (formerly Multi-Purpose Hall), starting from 8:00 a.m.

Please ensure you bring the following documents with you for the screening:

– Offer of Admission Letter
– Duly signed Acceptance Letter and proof of payment
– Certificate of Birth
– Testimonial from the Secondary School attended
– “O” Level Result
– Reference Letter from a Clergy/Imam/Lawyer/Senior Public Servant.

7. After the screening, return to your student portal to generate a payment advice and pay the school fees.

8. Classes are scheduled to commence on Monday, September 18, 2023.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE:** Starting from 12:01 am on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, applicants can visit http://foundation.unilag.edu.ng to print their Admission Letter and make payment for the Acceptance Fees.
