Foundation Polytechnic Releases 2023/2024 Admission Form

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:
(i) Obtain a minimum score of 120 in the 2023 UTME JAMB. Candidates who did not initially select Foundation Polytechnic as their first choice in JAMB are required to do a change of institution and make Foundation Polytechnic their first choice.
(ii) Possess at least five O’level credits, including English Language, Mathematics, and three other relevant subjects related to their chosen course of study.

METHODS OF APPLICATION:

Eligible candidates can apply using any of the following methods:
(i) Paper Application: Interested candidates should visit the Admission Office on campus to obtain and fill out a paper application form.
(ii) Mobile Application: Interested candidates should send their names, JAMB registration number, and desired course to 0706-809-2448.
(iii) Online Application: Interested candidates should visit the website www.foundationpoly.edu.ng and fill out the Online Admission form.
