IAUE Screening Modalities and Procedures for 2022/2023; The admission screening process for 2022/2023 will be entirely online. As a result, all candidates seeking admission to the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education must remain at home during the screening. The following procedures will be used:
HAVE YOU USED OUR JAMB TOOL YET? IT PROVIDES YOUR JAMB COMBINATION FOR FREE
i. No additional Post-UTME tests are required. All candidates will receive a perfect score on the JAMB UTME. Direct Entry candidates will be screened using their uploaded documents as well.
ii. For admission processing, candidates’ data from the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS), which has also been uploaded to the university portal, will be carefully screened.
iii. Candidates who did not rank well but scored well in the JAMB Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) will be notified of a change of course so that the admissions Unit can process their admission. Candidates must have the required UTME and O’level combinations as outlined in the JAMB Integrated Brochure and Syllabus System to be ranked (IBASS).
All candidates are encouraged to take the following actions:
i. Candidates are advised to monitor their admission status on the JAMB portal on a regular basis in order to make any necessary changes.
Among the potential changes are:
A. Candidates may be required to change their course in the JAMB portal in order to receive a proper ranking within a specified time frame.
B. Candidates may also be required to correct certain data within a certain time frame.
C. Candidates who are affected will be contacted via secured text message notification. The information must be verified on the University’s social media platforms and website. Candidates, parents, and guardians should check the University website and social media pages on a regular basis for important information.
If the advice is not followed completely, the University will not be held liable for any deception or scam perpetrated on the candidates, parents, and guardians. Candidates are believed to have used their personal phone numbers when registering for the screening exercise, as the University portal does not allow for duplicate phone numbers.
ii. Candidates with O’level Awaiting Results: Candidates with O’level Awaiting Results will be screened online once the results are available and uploaded to the JAMB and university portals. As a result, candidates who are awaiting results should not be concerned because a new date for screening will be set.
iii. The online Screening Exercise is set to begin on September 5, 2022.
iv. Candidates should visit the University’s official information center on a regular basis:
