LASU Commences Clearance For Full-Time Undergraduates 2022/2023; Candidates admitted to Lagos State University for the 2022/2023 academic session are expected to participate in the online admissions clearance process using the LASU Central Admissions Clearance Application (LACACA).

LASU Commences Clearance For Full-Time Undergraduates 2022/2023

After the conclusion of the LACACA procedure, successful candidates will be awarded matriculation numbers, while failing candidates will be considered to have forfeited their provisional admissions offer.

Because the LACACA operation is a product of LASU Consult Ltd, all participating and admitted candidates in the 2022/2023 academic session must pay the appropriate Clearance Fee via the LASU e-payment site.

Before beginning the online clearing process, candidates must have paid the admission, medical, clearance, and tuition fees.

PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT OF (LACACA) CLEARANCE FEES

I. Visit lasu.edu.ng/epayment

II. Click “NAIRA PAYMENT”

III. Click “UNDERGRADUATE (FULL-TIME) NEWLY ADMITTED 2022/2023 SESSION” or “UNDERGRADUATE (STREAM 2) NEWLY ADMITTED 2022/2023 SESSION” for Stream 1 and Stream 2 respectively.

IV. Supply JAMB Registration Number in the field labeled “Matric/Application/Unique/UTME Number”

V. Select “UNDERGRADUATE LACACA from the drop-down labeled “Choose Payment”

VI. Select “NAIRA” from the drop-down labeled “Payment Currency”

VII. Click Continue

VIII. Supply valid Email Addresses and Phone numbers.

IX. Choose the Amount

X. Click Next 
 

STEP-BY-STEP APPROACH TO COMPLETE THE LACACA OPERATION

i. Visit LASU Website – https://www.lasu.edu.ng

ii. Point to STUDENT Tab and click on UG LACACA 

iii. Enter your UTME registration number and surname, and click on Submit

 Candidates are expected to complete the following on the dashboard:

(a) Validate your basic bio-data details

(b) Verify disability status

(c) Upload O’Level scratch card details.

(d) Upload original birth certificate.

(e) Upload original UTME Results.

(f) Upload the original JAMB Admission Letter.

(g) Upload scanned Signature.

(h) Submit the application by checking the “I Agree” text box and then click on Submit.

iv.   At this stage, the Admission Clearance progresses to 20% while the documents have been submitted for further scrutiny by dedicated University officials.

v.  Candidates are therefore expected to check for the progress of the Admission Clearance as necessary attention may be required based on the uploaded documents.

vi. Candidates with error(s) that require correction will be required to pay for correction of such error(s) on the LASU payment portal – https://www.lasu.edu.ng/epayment

vii. Upon attainment of 100% clearance progress, the successful candidate will be able to print LASU Admission Clearance Certificate for the 2022/2023 Academic Session and assign a Matriculation Number.

PS: The online clearance will commence on Friday, 31st  of March 2023 and the portal will be closed on Friday 14th of April, 2023. Please note that this timeline is strict and extensions may not apply.

Rejected students are advised to check their portal and note the reason for rejection. Some might need to visit the Admission Office on the 3rd Floor, Senate Building,  Main Campus, Ojo, for further guidance.
