LAUTECH Releases 2023/2024 Post-UTME/DE Admissions; We hereby notify all candidates who selected Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) as their preferred institution in the 2023/2024 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry .

This is to inform the general public, especially candidates who have chosen LAUTECH as their institution of first choice and those who are willing to change to LAUTECH as their institution of first choice, that the university authority has approved the extension of the closing date of the online registration for the 2023 /2024 post UTME screening exercise to October 31, 2023.

However, Direct Entry candidates’ Oral and Written interviews will be held as scheduled on Monday, October 23, and Tuesday 24, 2023 in THE HALL, LAUTECH, Ogbomoso at 10.00 am.

Important Admission Information: LAUTECH 2023/2024 Application Process

Before candidates can be offered admission by the University, it is imperative to upload their O’Level results on the Central Admission Processing System (CAPS). Upon receiving an admission offer, candidates must promptly accept or decline the offer via CAPS before the designated closure of CAPS by JAMB. This step ensures inclusion in the JAMB National Matriculation list. To qualify for the exercise, UTME candidates must have attained a minimum score of 180 in the 2023/2024 UTME.

GAIN ADMISSION INTO ANY NIGERIAN UNIVERSITY WITHOUT JAMB – REGISTER FOR IJMB TODAY

Application Procedure:

1. Visit the University’s admission portal at “apply.lautech.edu.ng.”
2. Make a payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) using an Inter-Switch Enabled Debit Card (ATM card).
3. Familiarize yourself with available programs, O’Level entry requirements, and UTME subject combinations.
4. Ensure a clear digital passport photograph with a white background, in JPEG format and not exceeding 20kb, is uploaded.
5. Candidates with blurred photographs on the acknowledgement page will not be admitted to the screening center.
6. Provide accurate email addresses and active phone numbers for effective communication.

Additional Requirements and Guidelines:

• Applicants awaiting NABTEB, NECO, and WASC results are eligible to apply. However, results must be uploaded on JAMB CAPS after release.
• Names on O’level results, registration documents, and state of origin must match.
• Direct Entry candidates, including LAUTECH JUPEB and other Institutions’ JUPEB programs, require JAMB Direct Entry forms for eligibility.
• Forward transcripts to LAUTECH Registrar at least one (1) week before the screening interview.
• Visit “apply.lautech.edu.ng” for thorough understanding of admission requirements before applying for any program.

Admission Eligibility:

• A minimum of five (5) relevant subject Credits in not more than two (2) sittings in SSCE/NECO/NABTEB for UTME applicants.
• National Diploma candidates, NCE, HND, RNS, and JUPEB for Direct Entry candidates require a minimum of Upper Credit with five (5) Credit passes in relevant subjects.
• Medicine, Nursing, and Medical Laboratory Science applicants need a Credit pass in five (5) relevant O’level subjects at one sitting.
• Applicants must be at least sixteen (16) years old for university admission.

Applicants found providing false information for admission will face legal consequences upon discovery. Beware of fraudulent individuals, as the University disclaims liability for unauthorized transactions.
