Lead City University Releases Post UTME/DE Screening Form for 2023/2024

Admission Requirements:

To be eligible for admission into Lead City University, candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Minimum Entry Requirement: Candidates should possess a minimum of five (5) credits at the GCE O/L, SSCE, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent level, including the English Language, obtained in not more than two sittings.
2. Direct Entry: Candidates with GCE ‘A’ Levels, IJMB, JUPEB, NCE, OND, University Diploma, or equivalent qualifications can proceed from Part II of the Bachelor’s degree program. There are also conversion programmes available for holders of university degrees, HND, ACA, or equivalent qualifications (2 years).
3. Consideration for Admission: Candidates who did not choose Lead City University in their UTME application can still be considered for admission. Those who did not participate in the UTME are advised to apply for the IJMB/JUPEB pre-degree programmes. Successful completion of these programmes qualifies candidates for Direct Entry admission to 200 Level. The IJMB/JUPEB certificates are recognized by JAMB for admission into any Nigerian or foreign university.

Mode of Application for Undergraduate Programmes:

2. Fill out the application form in four easy steps.
3. Submit your form along with a processing fee of N10,300 only.
4. Await the processing of your application. You will be contacted if your application is successful.
5. Upon successful application, pay an acceptance fee of N50,300 to secure your admission slot.

Applicants are required to appear for screening at the designated centres listed below:

1. Main Campus: Lead City University, Lagos Ibadan Toll Gate, Ibadan.

Screening Requirements for Admission:

Applicants must come with the following documents for the screening exercise:

1. Print out of the 2023 UTME Result Slip.
2. Four recent passport photographs.
3. Photocopies of the Ordinary Level Result (if available).
4. Photocopy of Birth Certificate.
5. Sponsorship Letter.
6. Photocopies of Sponsor’s Identity Card.
7. Reference Letter from a reputable organization to vouch for the candidate’s character.
8. Evidence of Payment (Bank Teller).

Transfer Students/Direct Entry candidates should also provide:

1. Photocopy of Previous Admission Letter.
2. JAMB Admission Letter.
3. Official Transcript.
4. Level Result.
5. Notification of Result (Direct Entry Only).
6. Photocopy of Birth Certificate.
7. Sponsorship Letter.
8. Photocopies of Sponsor’s Identity Card.
9. Reference Letter from a reputable organization to vouch for the candidate’s character.
