NAUTH School Of Nursing Releases 2023/2024 Admission Form

Entry Requirements:

For the 2023/2024 session, candidates must possess a minimum of five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, obtained at not more than two sittings in either the West African Examination Council (WAEC) or the National Examination Council (NECO).

Result Combination:

Candidates are allowed to combine their WAEC and NECO results.

Procedure for Obtaining and Submitting the Form:

Candidates should make the required payment at First Bank or any other Nigerian bank using the provided Remita numbers. After payment, candidates can collect the admission form from the designated staff member at the college. The completed form should be returned with three (3) attached passport photographs, along with the original receipt and a photocopy of the same.

Note: Payment can also be made using a debit or credit card at the time the Remita number is generated by selecting the card payment option.

Note:

The admission form can be obtained directly from the school.

When submitting your application, please attach the following:

• Photocopies of your credentials.
• Handwritten application addressed to the Principal, School of Nursing.
• Four recent passport photographs.
• Attach one passport photograph to the original receipt of your application fee and make a photocopy.
