Entry requirements

HND:
- National Diploma (ND) or National Innovative Diploma (NID) in the chosen programme at not a grade below Lower Credit from a recognized/accredited polytechnic, monotechnic, or innovation enterprise institution.
- SSCE, GCE O’level with at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects including English Language and Mathematics obtained at not more than two (2) sittings.
- National Technical Certificate (NTC) or National Business Certificate (NBC) with credit level pass in a trade plus four (4) relevant academic subjects which must include English Language and Mathematics.
- At least one year post National Diploma Industrial Training experience.
- Candidates with PASS grade at the ND/NID are eligible for consideration for admission provided they have minimum of two (2) years post Industrial Training experience.
ND Part-Time:
- SSCE, GCE O’level with at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects including English Language and Mathematics obtained at not more than two (2) sittings.
- National Technical Certificate (NTC) or National Business Certificate (NBC) with credit level pass in a trade plus four (4) relevant academic subjects which must include English Language and Mathematics.

Application process

Portal

HND Full-Time:
1. Log on to the polytechnic’s portal and complete the application process.
2. Visit the polytechnic’s website for details on the specific entry requirements for each programme.
ND Part-Time:
1. Go to any JAMB office to complete the application process for “Application for Admission of Part-Time Candidates” into Federal Polytechnic Offa.
2. Pay the application fee of N3,500 to JAMB to obtain your JAMB Registration Number.
3. Go to the polytechnic’s portal and pay a processing fee of N15,000 to complete the application process.
4. Upload your scanned certificates and other required documents.

Important notes

All candidates must first write their names in full with their surname as on their certificates and NIN.
All candidates must upload their results, certificates/credentials on the polytechnic’s portal.
Candidates must also fill the security form on the polytechnic’s portal and print the screening slip and the security form which should be submitted personally at the polytechnic security office.
Failure to comply with any of the above requirements will lead to disqualification.
