- Mark Sheet Form
- Application Form (Download Here)
- Research Proposal
- Attested copies of degrees and transcripts
- Certification of graduation or degree certificates
- Recommendation Letter from the president, dean, or academic advisor

- A recommendation letter from the present employer (if applicable)

Selection Process:

Key Points To Remember:
- Health certificates are not required during the application stage.
- There is no need to contact Japanese universities or professors during the initial application process.
- Shortlisted candidates will be notified by the end of June. If you do not receive notification by then, it indicates that your application was not selected.
