ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for admission, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a minimum of five credits in not more than two (2) sittings in recognized examinations such as WAEC, SSCE, GCE, NECO, and NABTEB.
- These credits must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
- Interested candidates can obtain the application form online by making a NON-REFUNDABLE payment of Seven thousand naira (N 7,000) only through the Remita platform.
- To initiate the payment process, candidates should visit http://www.remita.net/ and select “Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital Sokoto” from the Ministry, Department, and Agencies (MDA) Remita Payment menu. Then, select “School of Post Basic Midwifery” under the service category and generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number for the sum of Seven thousand naira only.
- After making the Remita payment, candidates should present the receipt of the Remita payment slip to the SOM-UDUTH cashier to collect a cashier receipt.
- Photocopies of both the Remita receipt and cashier receipt will be required to obtain a PIN SLIP from the School of Midwifery at UDUTH, Sokoto. To complete the application, please visit http://www.sopbm.uduth.org.ng/basic and fill out the online form.
- Applicants should ensure they print two colored copies of the completed form.
- Submit one copy of the completed form to the school and present the other copy on the day of the entrance examination. Please note that only recent passport photographs should be used to avoid disqualification.
