Chrisland And Whitney Adeniran’s Family Consent To Having An Independent Autopsy.
LAGOS— The Chrisland School administration has been given permission by Magistrate Olabisi Fajana to examine the toxicological samples of tests performed in order to facilitate the assessment and evaluation of a forensic pathologist who is not affiliated with the school.
The Corona inquest on Tuesday at the Samuel Ilori Court House, Ikeja District Court, Ogba, issued the order.
The magistrate confirmed that the state and the family’s attorney received notice of the request for an independent review, and neither they nor the family submitted a counter-affidavit to oppose the move for an independent re-evaluation to unearth the truth.
The applicant did not object when the state’s attorney had requested that the court order the state pathologist’s presence at the applicant’s expense.

“Copies of any additional working samples or records created during the autopsy, the findings of all toxicology tests carried out, and the methods of transfer of the a to f above shall be as determined by the Chief Medical Examiner of Lagos State.
The Chief Medical Examiner or an official so designated by him shall be present at all times throughout the transmission of the above-listed items “a” through “f” and the consultation of the Applicant’s Independent Forensic Pathologist.”
