TASUED admission registration and clearance requirements, 2023/2024

The Tai Solarin University of Education has announced the requirements for registration and clearance for the academic session of 2023/2024. Below are the detailed requirements that candidates must fulfill for a successful registration and clearance process:

1. Clearance Certificate (Original): Must have the signature and official stamp of the Head of Department.
2. JAMB Admission Letter (Original Institution Copy): For verification of admission through JAMB.
3. TASUED Provisional Offer of Admission (Original): As proof of acceptance by the university.
4. Session UTME/DE Application Form (Bio Data Original): To verify application details.
5. Application Form Receipt (N2,000 receipt): As proof of application fee payment.
6. JAMB Result Slip: For UTME students or JAMB Acknowledgement Form for Direct Entry (DE) students, both in original.
7. Acceptance Fee Receipt (Stamped Photocopy): To confirm payment of acceptance fee.
8. School Fee Receipt (Stamped Photocopy): As evidence of school fee payment.
9. Registration Fee Receipt (Stamped Photocopy): To confirm registration fee payment.
10. ‘O’ Level Result(s) (Verified Copy): To validate secondary school education.
11. Transition Letter with Score for Pre-Degree and JUPEB from TASUED (Stamped Photocopy): If applicable.
12. Transition Receipt for JUPEB and Pre-Degree Students: If applicable.
13. NCE/OND Result for Direct Entry Students: To verify previous tertiary education for DE students.
14. Transcript of NCE and OND Result for Direct Entry Candidates: For assessment of DE candidates’ previous academic performance.
15. Evidence of Change of Name or Marriage Certificate (Where Applicable): For candidates with name changes.
16. Medical Fitness Certificate (Original Copy) from TASUED Clinic: To ensure health fitness.
17. Birth Certificate or Sworn Declaration of Age (Photocopy): To verify age.
18. Confirmed (2023) Ogun State Electronic Tax Clearance Certificate: From the parent/sponsor, obtained directly from Tax Office in Ijebu-Ode or Odogbolu office, without involving any agent.
19. Reference Letter from Public/Civil Servant of Not Below Grade Level 12 (Original): For character validation.
20. Acceptance Form (Original): Confirming acceptance of the admission offer.
21. Matriculation Oath: To be submitted upon completion.
22. Orientation Certificate: To be submitted later as proof of orientation attendance.

Important Notes for Candidates:

• Ensure that all files and documents are properly perforated and tagged.
• Your hostel address should be indicated at the top of your personal bio data in the green file.
• Provide all requested information on the personal bio data form and on the inside cover of the green file.
• Bring original copies of all documents for verification.
