1. That it be determined that Tinubu & Shettima were not qualified to contest the election.

2. That it be determined that all votes recorded for Tinubu were wasted votes, owing to the qualification/disqualification of Tinubu & Shettima.

3. That it be determined that on the basis of the remaining votes, (after discountenancing the votes credited to Tinubu), Peter Obi scored a majority of the lawful votes cast at the election and had no less than 25% of votes cast in each of at least 2/3 of the states of the Federation, and the FCT, Abuja and satisfied the constitutional requirement to be declared the winner of the February 25th, 2023 Presidential election.

4. That it be determined that Tinubu failed to score 25% of votes cast at the election in FCT, Abuja and was not entitled to be declared the winner.

Alternatively, we pray for an Order cancelling the election and compelling INEC to conduct a fresh election at which Tinubu, Shettima and APC shall not participate.

Alternatively, we pray for an Order directing INEC to issue a Certificate of Return to Peter Obi as the duly elected President of Nigeria, and that Tinubu’s Certificate of Return be voided and be set aside.

Alternatively, we pray for an Order canceling the Presidential Conducted on February 25th 2023 and mandating INEC to conduct a fresh election for the office of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
