1. Lecturer II (CONUASS 03)
2. Lecturer I (CONUASS 04)
3. Senior Lecturer (CONUASS 05)
4. Associate Professor (CONUASS 06)

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION OF ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR:

1. Must hold an M.Sc. in Nursing with a Ph.D. in a relevant Discipline (such as Maternal and Child Health, Community Health, Mental Health).
2. Should have served as a Senior Lecturer for a minimum of three (3) years before the date of this publication.
3. Must have a minimum of twenty (20) academic publications in recognized local and international journals.
4. Should possess at least eight (8) years of post-doctoral teaching and research experience in a university system or relevant institution.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION OF SENIOR LECTURER:

1. Must possess an M.Sc. in Nursing with a Ph.D. in a relevant Discipline (such as Maternal and Child Health, Community Health, Mental Health).
2. Should have a minimum of fifteen (15) publications in recognized local and international journals.
3. Must have been a Lecturer I for a minimum of three (3) years before the date of this publication.
4. Should possess at least six (6) years of post-doctoral teaching and research experience in a university system or relevant institution.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION OF LECTURER I:

1. Must hold an M.Sc. in Nursing with a Ph.D. in Nursing or a relevant Discipline (such as Maternal and Child Health, Community Health, Mental Health).
2. Should have a minimum of five (5) publications in recognized local and international journals.
3. Must have been a Lecturer II for a minimum of three (3) years before the date of this publication.
4. Should possess at least three (3) years of post-doctoral teaching and research experience in a university system or relevant institution.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION OF LECTURER II:

1. Must hold an M.Sc. in Nursing with a Ph.D. in Nursing or a relevant Discipline (such as Maternal and Child Health, Community Health, Mental Health).
2. Should have a minimum of two (2) publications in recognized journals.
