Ayidedi claims that the university management conducted a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) analysis in response to the rate at which students were leaving school, and it was found that money was the main issue.

As a result, the school has decided to permit students to work part-time jobs while pursuing their education. A fund of $500 has also been set up to help 500 students with their urgent financial needs.
