Important notice to all prospective students who have designated OYSCATECH as their first-choice institution or are considering making OYSCATECH their first choice in the 2023 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

Oyo State College Of Agriculture And Technology (OYSCATECH) Releases 2023/2024 Post-UTME Admission Form

The 1st Post-UTME Screening Exercise is scheduled for Tuesday, November 21, and Wednesday, November 22, 2023, with a commencement time of 8:00 AM on both days.

To be eligible for this exercise, candidates are required to have achieved a minimum UTME score of 100 marks or above in the 2023 UTME. It is crucial to note that prior to being offered admission by the Polytechnic, candidates must have successfully uploaded their O’Level results on the Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).

Additionally, once admission is extended, candidates must promptly either accept or reject it on CAPS before the closing of JAMB’s CAPS for the year to ensure inclusion on JAMB’s Matriculation list for that year.

For the 2023/2024 session, the OYSCATECH ND/HND admission form is now available, with the following entry requirements:

ND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates applying for National Diploma Programmes must have passed the SSCE/GCE conducted by WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB with a minimum of five (5) subjects at Credit Level, obtained at no more than two (2) sittings.

Candidates who initially did not select OYSCATECH are encouraged to apply for a change of course/institution to OYSCATECH through JAMB.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

  1. Visit the College’s admission website at http://www.oyscatech.edu.ng to make a payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) for online registration for the screening exercise, using an Inter-Switch Enabled Debit Card (ATM).
  2. Carefully complete the online application form, ensuring the upload of a clear digital copy of your passport photograph with a white background in JPEG format, not exceeding 20kb. Blurred pictures will lead to disqualification.
  3. Present the PRINT OUT of the post-UTME screening registration and payment receipt at the screening venue for admission to participate in the exercise.
  4. Provide valid and active email addresses and phone numbers for ease of communication.

Failure to appear for the Screening Exercise as scheduled will result in automatic disqualification.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Candidates are advised to refrain from providing false information to secure admission at the Polytechnic. Any such discovery at any point in time will lead to legal prosecution, and the admission of such candidates will be revoked.

Candidates are also urged to be vigilant and cautious of fraudulent individuals, as the College will not be held responsible for transactions with unauthorized parties.
