- Forms Availability: Application forms are obtainable from the School Account’s Office upon presentation of a teller confirming payment of a non-refundable fee of N20,000:00 ONLY. This fee applies to Basic Nursing, Basic Midwifery, and Postbasic Nursing.

Entry Requirements:
Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) Credits in the following subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology, obtained in not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, or GCE examinations.

Completed application forms should be submitted to the school examination office on or before the 26th of March, 2024.
