O’ Level Credit in
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
WAEC/NECO/NABTEB in NOT more than two (2) Sittings.
- Current practicing license as a Midwife
- Certificate of registration
- Notification of results
Applications are obtainable from the Nursing Services Department, Ministry of Health Umuahia, New Secretariat Fourth floor on payment of a Non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand naira (N10,000) only in two (2) different banks (UBA & Zenith).
