REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must be a registered Midwife with a current valid License.
• Candidates must possess five (5) credits in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB obtainable at not more than two sittings (Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry).
• Valid O’ Level scratch card for verification of results.

Important Dates: A. Sales of Forms:

• Commences from 22nd January, 2024, to 24th January, 2024.

B. Application Form Fees:

• N10,000.

MODE OF APPLICATION:

1. Applicants should make the payment for the application form in the Bursary Department.
2. Candidates are required to present their receipts to obtain the application form from the school secretary’s office.
3. The application form must be filled out carefully, and candidates should submit it along with photocopies of their credentials.
