UNIDEL Releases 2022/2023 Post-UTME Admission Form; The University of Delta Agbor hereby announces the screening of UTME candidates for admission into the Institution for the 2022/2023 Academic Session. Applications are only open to Candidates that scored 150 and above at the 2022 UTME examinations and that either chose the University of Delta Agbor as First Choice University or have completed the procedures for change of their University of First Choice to the University of Delta.

The University of Delta, Agbor, Delta State invites all qualified applicants to participate in a computer-based pre-admission screening exercise that will take place at the university’s main campus from Wednesday, November 2, 2022, through, November 28th, 2022.
All candidates must arrive at the screening location with the following items stated in order to be considered.

A printed version of the University of Delta, Agbor, Delta State Online Registration Form should be submitted.

The University of Delta, Agbor came to existence from the passing of bill to upgrade three institutions of the delta state governments to universities by Governor Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa. The decision to upgrade three tertiary institutions to universities was to eliminate wasteful expenditure and expand admission spaces for Deltans seeking university education. This was pointed out at a news conference in Asaba by the Commissioner for Higher Education, Professor Patrick Muoboghare, where he explained that about five hundred public secondary schools and more than five hundred private secondary schools in the state, turns out SS3 graduates every year, of which the current institution could not accommodate.
The University of Delta, Agbor was officially recognized by the National Universities Commission in March 2021,The Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB) and the National Youth Service Corp were also Dully Notified of the commencement, thereby making it one of the Nigerian approved universities.

GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess five (5) credit passes in the relevant subjects in the SSCE, NECO or GCE O/L Examinations at not more than two sittings as well as other Matriculation requirements stipulated by JAMB.
PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE APPLICATION
Candidates are to apply online at www.unidel.edu.ng and make payments of N2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira only) with their ATM cards to the stipulated account as well as upload their passport photographs in the red background in addition to originals of all credentials including Birth Certificates, Testimonials, and any other qualifying documents.
